Skoda Kodiaq vRS Preview
Skoda have been extensively teasing their new Kodiaq vRS model prior to a launch at the Paris Motor Show next week, with many preview images.
The extensive campaign leading up the the Skoda Kodiaq vRS launch has produced numerous teasers. These initially started with the traditional silhouette images of the car in an darkened background. More recently, we have seen complete design sketches of the front and rear of the vehicle (shown below). Cropped images of the production version have been shown, with the first shots unveiling the interior now also released.
Despite how closely cropped the images are, plenty of information can still be derived from them. For the first time ever for a Skoda, 20-inch alloy wheels will be included as standard. The unique design of these alloys is also complimented by red brake callipers. This racing red theme will be consistent throughout the exterior and interior design, as a centrepiece of the vRS design. Also expected is a great deal of vRS branding.
Skoda have now revealed full images of the interior for the Kodiaq vRS, complete with several athletic changes. These includes new front seats with integrated headrests that are made of leather and alcantara. Red stitching also features on the armrests, door trims, front seats, flat-bottom steering wheel and gear selector. vRS badges feature all over the cabin, whilst carbon trim completes the sporty look of the cabin.
The Skoda Kodiaq vRS will be revealed next week at the 2018 Paris Motor Show. The motor show will host the reveal of plenty of new models, and a wide range of concepts. Expect complete coverage here of the show and a full article when the Kodiaq vRS is revealed in full.
