Pricing

1. Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on our Website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mis-priced or misrepresented. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the amended price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
2. Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period, this must be confirmed and obtained from your sales representative before placing your order.
3. We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods on the Website at our discretion at any time before (and after) we accept your order.
4. All prices on the Fulton Leasing website are in UK Pounds Sterling and for mainland UK customers are exclusive of the relevant VAT. The pricing is based on a Business Contract Hire over 36 months, the annual mileage is 10000 miles per annum and includes RFL, solid paint and UK Mainland driven delivery, you have the opportunity to request a quotation in any sections of the site allowing you to do so.

Ordering

1. All orders placed by you through the Website offers are subject to acceptance by us and are subject to status and financial as well as personal credit checks. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.
2. After submitting an order to us we will send you an order acknowledgement email with your order details of the vehicle that you have ordered and the term and pricing related to it. Please note this email is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order.
3. For all vehicles, information concerning stock availability is not available on the Website. If you order goods which are not available from stock, we will contact you and you will have the option to wait until the vehicle is available, or cancel your order.  In the event your order is cancelled by us, we will refund any deposit already collected from you in respect of that order, in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy. I f the vehicle is cancelled by you there may well be a cancellation fee payable to the dealership if the vehicle has been built to your order or specification.
4. Any email or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by us of your order. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between us will start with a minimum deposit payable by you for £500.00, we will send confirmation that the goods you have ordered and offer an estimated delivery date for the vehicle. Contracts and remaining deposits will be required before delivery of the vehicle will take place
5. We reserve the right to withdraw any vehicles or offers from the Website at any time.
6. We will not be liable to you or anyone else for withdrawing any vehicles or offers from the Website.

Specification and Images

1. The vehicle specifications and pricing displayed on our website is supplied by an independent, industry leading data provider which is downloaded directly into our Web Site. Whilst every effort is made to verify and ensure the accuracy of the information given, the information should only be used as a guide.
2. No purchasing decision should be made or contracts entered into without confirmation from of the latest data from either the Motor Manufacturer or Franchised Main Dealer and Fulton Network Limited. All of our images on the website are for illustration purposes only as should not be taken as the specific models of your choice.
