Next January, BMW will launch a new version of its 320d saloon in the UK offering CO2 emissions of 109g/km and claimed average fuel economy of 68.9mpg.
The new 320d EfficientDynamics saloon is powered by a 2.0-litre diesel engine offering 163bhp and is fitted with a suite of BMW's EfficientDynamics technology including brake energy regeneration and stop-start.
It will qualify for 13% benefit-in-kind tax as a result of its CO2 emissions, £35 annual VED and the full first year writing down allowances.
Prices will be announced later this year and are expected to be similar to the current 320d at around £27,000.
