UK Mainland and Northern Ireland

• We have a central reservation facility and operate a 'no turndown' policy on core vehicle groups, those being; Super Mini, Economy Compact, Compact and Intermediate
• We operate a 2 hour Grace Period at the end of your rental
• We offer a damage waiver of £100; damage costs under this value will not be charged
• We guarantee that if we cannot provide you with a vehicle within the group requested, we will upgrade you at no extra cost
• We will deliver core vehicle groups within 2 working hours, MPV's and vans within 4 working hours and other commercial vehicles on request
• Vehicles are collected within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays)
• We provide a 24 hour breakdown and recovery service for your peace of mind

Travelling Abroad and Airport Rentals

• Arriving in UK: We provide an Express Airport Service
• Travelling abroad by car: With the purchase of our recovery package you can take the vehicle overseas at the UK daily rate
• While overseas: International tariff available on request

Our Service Promise

• If you are not entirely satisfied with the condition of the vehicle upon delivery we will take £5.00 off your invoice
• If we deliver your vehicle up to 30 minutes late we will take £5.00 off your invoice
• If we deliver your vehicle up to 1 hour late we will take £10.00 off your invoice
• If we deliver more than 2 hours late we will take £15.00 off your invoice
• If we collect your vehicle late we will deduct £5.00 from your invoice
