Peugeot has unveiled details of their new diesel-electric hybrid, the 508 RXH.
The RXH comes with chunky wheel arches, bespoke numpers and LED lights which separates it slightly from the SW model. Standard equipment on the RXH includes electric front seats, panoramic tinted glass roof, 18 inch wheels, a head up display and the latest audio and satellite navigation from Peugeot.
The engine is powered by a 2.0-litre engine and an electric motor and will produce a combined power of around 197bhp. Average combined fuel economy for this model is 67.2mpg and CO2 emissions are around 109g/km. For shorter journeys, it will be able to run on just electric power.
The 508 RXH will makes its debut in September at the Frankfurt Motor Show and then go on sale across Europe in Spring next year.
