Mini will unveil the concept Mini Coupe at the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show to celebrate 50 years of Mini mania. Born out of the Mini Cooper Hatchback this stunning two seater sports car features the 1.6 turbo charged engine found in the John Cooper Works Mini with 211bhp!

While only a prototype concept car thus far, you can expect to see this in full production in 2010 as Mini quote this little beauty as their ‘vision’ of future Mini models. Maybe the pointless rear seats will be gone for good as they make way for this desirable letter-box rear window? The concept Mini is lighter and more rigid to provide even better handling than current models in production and has a claimed combined fuel consumption of 40.9mpg with CO2 emissions of 165g/km. Inside, the MIni has been given bucket seats, a three spoke leather steering wheel and a stopwatch.

In the meantime some fantastic Mini Leasing deals are available for business and personal use starting at under £200 a month.
