The Astravan Club is designed for those who value comfort and drive but still want extra load space, and with other manufacturers losing their interest in car based vans, Vauxhall have the upper hand when it comes to offering a practical and reliable solution.
The Astra Van is essentially a modified version of the Vauxhall Astra estate car, but only seats the driver and passenger, which on the plus side, makes the driving position similar to that of a car. It also has the bonus of an interior that is far superior to other vans due to its car beginnings. The comfortable interior features cloth upholstery, and is given a modern design with satin stone and charcoal facia on the instrument panel and centre console.
The Club is the entry level model in the Astravan range, and offers many features as standard. These include electric windows, body coloured bumpers and side mouldings, ABS, brake-assist, power automated steering, 15″ steel wheels, and a CD player.
Since the load area starts directly behind the front passenger seats, maximum space has been created for the load area, which is totally flat and features six handy lashing points allowing for easy securing of items.
