The E-Class does what Mercedes does best. It offers comfort, refinement and safety and with excellent fuel economy and low CO2 emissions it makes it a popular choice as a company car.
The E200 CDI was launched in September 2009 and brings down CO2 emissions. Average combined fuel economy is 54.3mpg and CO2 emissions are around 137g/km. The top speed of the E200 CDI is 130mph and it takes a time of 9.7 seconds to sprint from 0-62mph.
Inside the layout is very similar to the previous model, and as you would expect from Mercedes, the finish is first class. An aluminium controller is used to access many of the controls, as well as special ‘hot-key’ buttons which allow quick access to frequently used functions.
